The sky darkens as you open the heavens, calling forth devastating bolts of lightning to the earth.
A storm cloud appears in the shape of a cylinder that is 20m tall with a 100m radius, centred on a point you can see within range at least 200m directly above the ground when you begin casting this spell.
The spell fails if you can't see a point of air where the cloud could appear (for example in a room that can't accommodate the cloud).

If the conditions outside are already stormy, the damage of each series of lightning bolts increases by 1d12.
The lightning damages objects in the area and ignites flammable objects that aren't being worn or carried, and every time it strikes, thunder rings out, audible to 1km away.
